CVC TRYOUTS are COMING!
Below is the team info, fall tryout info, registration info, and season costs.

2026-2027 TEAM INFO:
These are the teams we will be holding tryouts for:

18u TEAM: We’ll be running (1) 18u team. We welcome returning players (who played w/ our 17u teams last year) as well as new players to try out for the 18u team. Players must attend a summer or fall tryout to be eligible for a team.
Season Overview: these teams will practice 2x/week and play 5-6 tourneys during the club season.

16u TEAM: We’ll be running (1-2) 16u teams. We welcome returning players (who played w/ our 15u teams last year) as well as new players to try out for the 16u teams. Players must attend a summer or fall tryout to be eligible for a team.
Season Overview: these teams will practice 2x/week and play 5-6 tourneys during the club season.

14u TEAM: We’ll be running one (1) 14u team.
Season Overview: this team will practice 1x/week and play 3-4 local tourneys during the club season.

13u TEAM: We’ll be running one (1) 13u team.
Season Overview: this team will practice 1x/week and play 3-4 local tourneys during the club season.

Season practices are held at: Lancaster Bible College, Ephrata Mennonite School, and Lancaster County Christian School.

SUMMER TRYOUT INFO:
We will be holding tryouts for 13u, 14u, 16u, & 18u girls.

DATE: Monday, August 3rd

TIMES:
13/14u Tryout: 5:15-7:00 PM
16/18u Tryout: 7:15- 9:00 PM

LOCATION: LBC Horst Athletic Center, 901 Eden Road, Lancaster, PA 17601

COST: $20.00 for all players, new and returning (cash or Venmo accepted when you check in at tryouts.) If you tried out in the summer and are tryout out again in the fall, you do not need to pay the $20 fee again.

WAIVER: All players must have a completed CVC Participation Waiver signed by a parent/guardian in order to tryout. (If you are a returning player, you also need an updated waiver so we have a copy for the new season.) You can print, sign, and bring a copy when you come for tryouts. Or, we will have extra copies on hand for a parent/guardian to sign, if you are unable to print your own copy. If you submitted a copy of the waiver at the summer tryout, you don’t need to submit another waiver at the fall tryout.

If your player receives an offer, a deposit of $95 is due at registration. This $95 deposit is non-refundable and will be deducted from the total Season Club Cost. More details will be included in the welcome email following the acceptance of an offer.
